Had great 3 days here thanks to its perfect staff and food. I loved the room with 2 double beds.

Special and safe place with decent staff and amazing location right in front of a beach.

The room was brand-new and well-appointed, included with a sumptuous King bed, a great view that had clearly been refurbished, a huge private patio overlooking the pool.

Quiet hotel with particularly nice view of the ocean, great restaurant. Courteous staff, updated rooms with breakfast included.

I loved that the hotel was great-sized and unbeatable. There was competent staff and the service was superb.

Relaxing, nicely appointed hotel, there's lovely pool and location is unbeatable right off the beach. Their rooms are always good-sized and brand-new with a wonderful view and outdoor shower, for example.

Damaged bathroom.

Decent location for my purpose, perfectly clean place. In general staff were all impeccable and smart. Efficient service, classic breakfast spread.

The beds were cozy, and it was excellent value for money. The views at this fantastic central hotel were absolutely brilliant. Retro furniture and open bathroom, terrace, cable TV and microwave in the room.

Unique location and amazing service, the staff were very efficient. We had the double room which was wonderfully appointed and wonderfully appointed. The bar was fantastic and food they serve is fresh. Pool was good. A LOVELY FAMILY RUN hotel, best value, loved it.

Outstanding service and perfect location, great for our needs. What we loved here was the pleasant enough staff. The food was excellent, with lots of options. Snack bar with bottled drinks. Free wifi throughout the property was really convenient. Family-friendly hotel, 0.5 miles from Cozumel airport.

Certainly a magnificent experience for snorkeling in Cozumel. We loved this place, it's light. The staff here are dog friendly, exceptional service. Secure location in the fabulous area.

Picture perfect hotel, luxurious rooms, delicious breakfast, fabulous staff. There were climate control, pay television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, loved that. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Unbeatable service an a beach restaurant onsite. The venue was in a very very nice area. Apart from that, puerta maya was 10 minutes' drive away...

We stayed 5 nights and appreciated the privileged location. A private safe, flat-screen television and a coffee machine in the bedroom. The beach bar onsite. Characterful base for exploring Cozumel.

Disappointing room.

Pool view was BREATHTAKING and location was incredible. Loved the king room, felt like we were home. For evening meal we visited alfredo di roma, since it was easy walk to the hotel. Besides, we had free WiFi.
